Product Custom
The customization of NQ SPORTS Pilates products achieves comprehensive coverage from basic needs to high-end experiences through four dimensions: materials, functions, brands and technologies.
1. Color Scheme:
Provide RAL color card or Pantone color code options to align with the VI (Visual Identity) system of the gym/studio.
2. Brand Identity:
Laser-engraved logo, customized nameplates, and springs in brand colors to reinforce brand recognition.
3. Frame Material:
Aluminum alloy frame—suitable for home use or small studios; carbon steel/stainless steel frame—ideal for high-intensity training or commercial settings.
4. Spring Configuration:
4-6 adjustable spring settings (0.5kg-100kg range) with fatigue-resistant springs (for extended durability).
Our Certifications
NQ SPORTS have CE ROHS FCC Certifications for our products.

Metal Pilates reformers are more durable, have higher weight-bearing capacity, and are suitable for high-intensity training, while wooden Pilates reformers offer a softer texture, better shock absorption, and higher cost-effectiveness.
They are suitable for professional trainers, individuals with rehabilitation needs, and home users with sufficient budgets.
Regularly clean the reformer, apply anti-rust treatments, check screws for tightness, and lubricate the sliding tracks and bearings.
Adjust the resistance by adding or removing springs via hooks or knobs, or by replacing springs with different resistance levels; start with lighter resistance and gradually increase.
The standard size is approximately 2.2m (length) × 0.8m (width), requiring additional space for movements; installation typically requires two people, with some brands offering on-site services.
With normal use, it can last over 10 years and up to 15 years with proper maintenance.
